If it's frozen within 24 hours, it's honestly the seller's fault and not yours. Contact the seller.

i agree with kal i have purchased stuff from members here before never been frozen for that something the seller might have done it might not have been intentional but worth contacting the seller and asking about it

but it is still made me mad as I have just used that account as my new main and put all valuable things inside,and then lost everything again
