is there any way to ensure that the account I want to buy is legit and is not a hashed one ?? I am going to buy an account as my main but I afraid I buy an account which does not belong to the seller and may get frozen ...

At the end of it, if you're at all worried that it's not legitimately theirs, don't buy it.

but the accounts maybe hacked and the hackers can still do that ... that is why I worry about that ,and I will be responsible for the loss if I buy those kinds of accounts ,especially I am paying a large amount of np to buy a main account now

Like I said, there's only so many things you can do besides get lucky. If you're that worried, don't buy.
