If the only way I can access neopets successfully and with as little effort/pain as possible is to use TOR, how do I use Abrosia?

    Check out TorGuard. VERY easy to use VPN. Works great, and it's roughly $30 a year. I made the jump and used it and it works perfectly.

    I don't really want to pay for something :/ I might as well just call the internet company and see if they can reset my ip address.
