Depends entirely where you are. If you live right next to the server, being able to change your default wait/refresh settings may not reduce your buy times much without going into suicide territory. And if you don't autobuy then, no, there really isn't a lot of advantages to advanced membership. Neopets premium is far and away, a shittier product.

paypal is the one thing i WOULD link to it. can blame them for any errors directly for any fked up crap. trust me, it happens and you need someone to blame. paypal gets so much buisness just because of it.
