I believe the rule is... "2. You may not trade your neopet items/account/pets/neopoints for USD on the boards."

I'm sure people PM for USD sells..

Rule number 5;
You may not sell, trade, give or buy a Neopets account or pets for Neopoints, money, Neopets' Items, or anything else. Do not ask people to share an account with you, or offer to share yours. Do not ask or offer passwords either. This almost ALWAYS winds up with someone losing items or NP.

Kelly, you are not allowed to mention monetary transactions on the boards. Instead of saying 'Looking for USD', say 'Looking for other'. You can mention USD through PM's though.
