I HATE WORKING ALONE. Seriously. Im supposed to work the front, pick up the shit in the back, make sure the dogs dont kill each other, and answer the phone for 4 hours every morning. My boss needs to hire a fucking kennel technician.

Hahahahah, I used to work in a Kennels and Cattery and most of them time ended up running the whole damn thing alone...it's a nightmare!!

As long as you can handle the task, they will never ever hire someone else. Stop doing one part of it and explain that you can't get to that part on top of everything you need to do, and they will hire someone else.
