No, not unless you are having it price your items. Seriously man, I would just let it run on all shops, just to see if it's still functional. You might be (as mentioned previously) just on a streak of bad luck.

Try a low traffic high restock shop. Eg "7" restocks about every 4-15 minutes. Set your profit tab to 1000ish :O
