i score sent 2 games today both reviewed and accepted , you jsut have to use realistic times

Also, don't send 10 trophy-worthy scores in a day, even if the times are realistic. XD

But yeah, I've gotten iced for score sending. Basically, if you're score sending for trophies, don't send using unrealistic times, and don't send a trophy-worthy score for a game you have never played before (because they look at your game history whenever they review a score). If you're score sending for NPs and you're using a list, make sure to modify the list every once in a while (remove some games from the list, add some, modify scores and times, etc.,).
