Are Mutant Chombies considered UC? When my friend tried to put on a Muant Cape (NC), she got a popup saying that the pet is uncustomizable.

there are no UC mutant chombies. any mutant pet should be able to wear the mutant cape

Mutant Chombies were released around.. August? (idunno, I was at a hiatus during that time cX) so it's impossible that they're UC.

They should be able to wear a mutant-only item(s) though o: ~ Let me look into that

Huh, that's strange, it's not working for me either o:
"This item is only wearable by Neopets painted Mutant." Lies >:C!

It's probably because of the Mutant Chomby's different body/size proportions though o:

If your friend really wants to apply the cape onto the Chomby she should probably send in a ticket or something (that'll get TNT's attention) though
