Random question about the NeoCodex Store: I currently I have [X] amount of NeoCodex Credits. If I buy something for [Y] NeoCodex Credits, Do I get charged [Y-X] credits or [Y] credits on my PayPal?

Yes, you'll be discounted the price of credits you have automatically. The total price will be lower than normal because your credits will kick in.
