I need a smart person to answer this: A woman named Allison has two sons: Alex and Allen. Alex is two years older than Allen. Is Allen considered to be Allison's youngest child?

I feel like I shouldn't answer because I am stupid.
I'd answer this differently depending on what class I'm answering it in. Some classes teach you to make assumptions so therefore, I would assume he is. However other classes would say you don't have enough info. So meh. Interested to see the answer.
