How do I know if I'm IP banned from Neo? I'm getting bad password at every account I try to login but not sure if that's an IP ban.

try using an online proxy or something like kproxy or HMA. that doesn't sound like ip ban. I think you may have gotten hacked

It's working again now, I have no idea why it happened. There was a similar situation when my PIN wasn't working while I was typing it correctly. Thanks anyway guys!
