i have, which is why i haven't restarted lol. though i keep having urges to start again, which i find weird... there's nothing actually exciting or fun about neopets aside from checking abrosia to see if you managed to snag anything of value.

well i only have the one i got earlier logged, it was around 1800ms. so i'd imagine i average around there.. too fast for magic?

I have refresh rates set to 45-60 and it usually does not get shop banned
