Pretty much you're limited to doing certain activities on 1 account. This includes spinning wheels, visiting tumbla etc. Same thing goes for ABing.

If you have Installous. Once you JB and have Cydia, you can add a repository that makes Installous appear to download. Then you can get pretty much every app on the app store for free.
