Nope, neopets doesn't do that. They don't make you pay to be able to play more. (At least I think) From what I remember about Spiral Knights, you need to wait and recharge before you can play more, if you want to avoid that you have to pay.

yeah, but it allows you at least two hours of gameplay before you have to quit and recharge. shouldnt really be playing longer than that anyways...
