Heels are the worst. Some ladies at my work wear them for 8 hour shifts and I don't know how the hell they pull it off.

I bought the Dr. Scholls cushions for heels and they helped a bit, but my biggest problem was that the straps at the front of my foot started cutting into my foot! no bueno :(
