Community Status Updates

I keep getting "Oops! Please check. An error occured, please try again." when trying to create a new account. Anyone else having this problem? The email doesn't have more then 5 accounts or anything and the username is fine. :/ Help?

I googled it and seems a lot are having this problem. Now the username will be stuck. :( It was such a good one too to think of at 4am.

I had the same thing happen to me. I was able to get it to say it was available again after checking a new untaken username. Hopefully they'll fix it soon.
