So. On the 11.59 on the dot, I refreshed only to be told that my my browser cannot find the server. Looks like I'm going to have to wait for next Halloween :/

Same here.
I was on my friend's laptop and I had just gotten back to the dorm. I couldn't connect to ANYWHERE.
