Ugh, this one ONLY talks to me when she either gets a new pet or restocks something "good" from the shops in a way as if to say "I'm better than you! Nerner."
I really just don't care.
But I've met a few over-feeder jerks :/

Block her account on Deviant, and then block her on Neo. Unless she makes a new Deviant. Then it isn't a good idea.
