Someone side swiped my brand new car last night while I was parked. Insurance wont cover it and the estimate is over 4k. WONDERFUL =[

    Did you show them pictures or ask anyone around where your car was parked if anyone saw it? Maybe even get a police report for a hit and run.

    You can't prove that anybody hit you? I would think the damage itself would be proof enough. God I hate insurance companies.
