okay so to update on my friends stolen account with the 2 UC ixis, she says she has been trying to get the info sent to her email but it never comes and everytime she tries to get in neo says shes "using a bad word"?o.o; what is this? has she most definitely been CGed?

Only reason you're not supposed to is so other people don't know the names so they don't get frozen or if they're not yours. But for this purpose, you can post the names lol.
