    Yeah, it doesn't happen. But when it rains it pours. We never get a light drizzle. Only storms.

  • Speak for West Texas, few were the days in East Texas when rain did not come. 105% humidity, followed by rapid storms. Instead of schools closed for snow, there were schools closed for water.
