Can't put the puppy outside because she whines. Can't put the puppy in her cage because she whines. Can't leave puppy run around the house while I do homework because she rips through everything. I feel bad, but looks like in go the ear plugs so I can concentrate.

    She may pee or poop on the carpeting which is a big no-no. She's not fully potty trained yet. She's calmed down right now and is sleeping on the couch.
