I need a new battery for my leaf blower; the damn thing takes 9 hours to full charge and then will run out in ~5 minutes of use. My yard will never be clear of these leafy vermin.

I wonder if it would be acceptable to lay a net over your lawn so you can just reel in the net with all the leaves.

I saw some guy do just that with a giant black tarp, but his grass was dead. I'd rather work up a sweat than have dead grass from it 'suffocating'. The net is a really good idea though.
