I usually have a whole year to fill up my Enlisted Performance Report (EPR) with stuff I've done, but I've only had 3 months for this current one and I haven't even been doing my primary duties. Let the scramble for crap begin!

@MillionsOfPeaches, most federal employers and 85% of the private employers with whom I've worked have annual (sometines biannual) performance evaluations where you fill out an evaluation of yourself, anyone supervising anything you do fills one out on you, and then the higher-ups pin them all on a giant dartboard and randomly decide what your final assessment from THEM will say. Okay, maybe that latter portion isn't how they decide, but essentially the rest of it is true.

Ah I see, thanks for clearing that up! I used to work for the state, I think I quit just before this was re-implemented. Goodo :D
