A friend I went out to eat with gave our server a 5% tip. Not because she was dissatisfied with the service, but because she just didn't want to...servers don't make a lot of money, so I tipped more than i should have to make up for her. Why do people have to suck so much?

    Exactly what I'm thinking @Neoquest here even at a small Café or something if you were over 18 you'd be earning $20+ an hour...

    I hate that people will tip good servers 5%. But I also hate that people expect 15% or more, even if the service was terrible.
