I've been thinking of doing this 40 meals in 4 hours meal prep thing. http://whoneedsacape.com/2012/11/crockpot-freezer-cooking/ Do any of you have experience in such things?

    I've kinda done it, it does pay off if you have a busy life. I've pre-prepped twice-baked potatoes, and crockpot dishes. It just takes a little planning, and you have to buy everything you need, and make sure you have noooo interruptions

    It works. Once you heat up the food make sure you have some sort of spices/sauce so the taste doesn't get boring for you.
