Does anyone have a better way of trying to get a frozen account back other than submitting a ticket and waiting 6 months (so far)? I've messaged TNT on Facebook, and made a separate ticket asking why the heck it's taking so long. Nadda.

    From my experience, they don't usually check their FB messages that fast. You can try posting on their wall to check for your message or reference your ticket number there (make a face FB if you dont want to show up as yourself :P )

    @Rocket I sent them a FB message 7 months ago when I made my first ticket lol. Still no response.
