There were 4 or 5 online services that had their information compromised the past few days actually...I can't recall off the top of my head but I know fitbit was one too. Did you do a scan with MBAM or anything? Could have been something more malicious too because in this day in age I would think it's a long shot for someone to get a compromised account pass from elsewhere and try it on neo of all places.
