Was going to sign up for the YMCA today, but remembered I get my 2nd round of back injections tomorrow. I guess it'll wait til Monday.

You'll know in a couple of days how well it worked? Part of the reason I have come to live here is I was talking care of Auntie M and her bad back. She had the surgery.

Last time I had these done I felt great on Sunday, and for a few days after that.

Aunt M says some work better than others. Some made the pain go away for six months some did little
