We used to have the subscription set up so they were a one-off payment, then they changed so that they would be automatically recurring subscriptions, then we changed back to one-off subscriptions.
That message is saying that the recurring element has been cancelled and your subscription will expire on 10 Nov 2012 rather than being automatically renewed on that date.
