    I have p90, p90m and p90x downloaded and could probably find the links again if you wanted. Could also most likely find insanity. What is it you're aiming for? P90x will NOT give you huge muscles but you have to really enjoy weigts, pullups etc to stick to it and it can do wonders to a chick's body.
