    Most people don't train their HP using items, just str and def. There are all kinds of ways to increase your HP with items like the Faerie Queen Negg but they're all just as expensive.

    The cheapest way to quickly boost would be to RS at Kayla's but since it's plot season, everyone is probably RSing there already.

    just do kitchen quests, they avg +1 to 2 hp per day=)
