Which RE takes away 5% of your total neopoints anyone remember?

    There isn't one that takes 5%, the only ones that take a precentage are Tax Beast takes 10%, angry tax beast takes 25% and Dr. Sloth takes 20%.

    I think King Skarl's RE could be the one that takes away 5% though, I had a little less than 4mil on my AB account atm o: ~
