    Don't get the acetaminophen pm. You're better off taking benadryl or diphenhydramine. Don't need tylenol when you don't have a headache. :P

    Lucian's probably right. My girlfriend's got insomnia and acetaminophen pm's all that works for her, but that's probably because she has horrible back pain too.
