Do guys with beards (or girls) use shampoo or soap to clean it?

@Athayde I know, that's why I've completely stopped using synthetic chemicals. I've tried the "no-poo" method for a while, washing my hair with soda + vinegar rinse, but I've stopped wa while ago.
I tend to use baby shampoos (they are delicate) and of course I read the ingredients. I've given up on the heat too and I'm using oils like sesame and coconut to care for my lengths... we should probably create a topic about it.
