Quick.. when someone hasnt been a member very long and selling nps whats the best way to know they wont scam you?

    You ask a trusted member of Codex to be your Middleman. That person collects the NPs from the seller. After the Middleman has all the NPs, you pay the seller through Paypal or whatever. After you have paid, the Middleman sends the NPs to you.
