So I bought a 24-pack of neopets trading card fun packs off ebay for shits and giggles, I now have 3 "Something Has Happened!" KeyQuest prize codes and 21 regular prize codes. Lets see how lucky I am.

I have no idea, you get one prize code per booster pack and a set of 36 packs at http://stop2shop.com/neopets--neopet-trading-card-game-booster-box.html is like $200. Probably cheaper to just buy one unless you get really really lucky.

I remember I used to collect neopets cards :) I still have them in my draw. My favorites were my Maraquan Krawk, Fountain Faerie and Draik Skeleton foil cards ^^
