Same thing happened to me last week. My left eye kept twitching, and the more I thought about it, the more it happened. It was really starting to freak me out, but then, after a few days, it suddenly stopped. Probably stress.

It's probably nothing too serious, I would just get some more sleep and drink a lot of water. H2O is the cure for everything.
