I am prestige 4 and I have never gotten a M.O.A.B. either.

hahaha. It just aggravating for me because my friend has 36 moabs (not even joking i can tell you his youtube name XD) and my other friend just got one today. I got really close today though, 23 kills with specialist. I got stuck with a random semtex :P
