Well the body in the garage was definitely dead since 2008-ish. But they still haven't confirmed that the body is hers... so maybe.

1. Poll workers made a mistake, and someone signed her space on the voter registry. 2.She didn't die in 2008. There is only very circumstantial evidence about when she died.
3. Zombies.
4. The not getting mail, the paying by autopay and the fake voting were all a ruse to throw us off the trail of real killer.
