I made a knock-off of my favorite soup from my favorite eatery in Alaska. It seriously made my week so much better to get a taste of my home (not really from Alaska but we call it home now). Hungarian mushroom is the bomb.

    Me too. And seriously, this soup is the best soup ever. It's my favorite and it tasted exactly like the stuff from Moose's Tooth in Alaska. <3
