If you block someone they won't know the difference between that and you deactivating your account.

^I would. But @Rocket, that person is mentally unstable and I would feel responsible if he hurt himself over me blocking him. :| I will eventually reactivate and deal with him. But at the moment I'm not in a great place so I have very little patience for that type of bullshit.
