VA is finally being hit with the outer rain/wind bands of Matthew. So much flooding already blargh.

    @Karla yeah. I lost power last night and had none for 14 hours. The wind ripped part of a tree off in my parking lot. For the most part, where I live is built for flooding, so it wasn't as bad as Norfolk. We got like 7+ inches of rain.
