stupid fucking water faeries. 5 times now. 5 nights in a row. I get a quest, I see it's a "blue fearie with a rainbow" in the back and I get my hopes up, Then I look down at the item she needs only to find it's a book saying "How to not get Fountain Faerie Quests on Neopets."
