keep getting an error when opening pre_loader.exe, I have no idea what it means or what's happening

    It means there's something wrong on your end because there's nothing wrong with the actual program manager.

    Thats the worst form of diagnosis ever.... StayZoned. Download the latest version from the site, delete the old one, and try again. It might be that they changed login urls for the new program manager.
