I'm a bit confused but if you earn 33 grand in a year and lets say you've gotta pay 2400 in tax (you get taxed 19 cents per dollar over 18.2 grand, does that mean that you take away the amount of tax you've gotta pay from how much you've paid and the difference will be your tax refund? or am I not thinking straight?

    And is it best to claim the low income tax threshold or better not to claim the threshold? o.O?
