Had a week off and put on nearly 7 kg ._. working out now and on a small mid break, so not having another week off like this again xD

He recently lost a lot of weight, it's not uncommon to gain it back in a short period of time.

Well Lost a lot over a period of a year and stuck to 85kg on average for the last half of this year :3 But next holiday will i'll be doing mah workouts and hopefully be a bit busy doing exciting stuff instead of bein' a lazy slob xD

and its only about 4~ kg roughly I put On I think, but at the time I weighed myself the other day after pizza I was 7 kg above average xD
