So my grandmother gave us a Crystal Mikasa Vase worth a couple of hundred, since it was always in their road in their little apartment... I gave it a wash last night and my partner knocked it off of the bench and smashed it in to thousands of pieces this morning.... I can't find any of the vase anywhere, even online... Fuck...

High end items like that are not always handled the same. Look for a dealer in such vases, email them to see if they can acquire one.
