Community Status Updates

Boss has offered me a roster for 38 hours. Full time. Though I've said to keep Wednesdays hours the same but he's changed them and I don't particularly want to accept the roster. He's told me he won't ever offer me another roster like it if I don't accept this one. Was told I only have until tomorrow to let him know my answer. What do I do? -.-

Take it because if you really hate it, you can deal with it until you can find another job , and be able to tell them all your accomplishments at this job, like the fact you got the roster, and you can handle the full time work and everything else. Do it because it will look good on a resume.

If you have a union representative or a HR manager then talk to them about it otherwise we don't know enough about the situation to really give any decent advice. :/
